Swim Safe - Life Jackets

Yesterday the UMS students were involved in a Swim Safe session where they got to learn about keeping themselves safe in the water whilst wearing life jackets.  This was an enjoyable session and helped the children to feel more confident when in the water and to experience how life jackets assist them with their buoyancy.

Super Home Learning by Keela and Ashleigh

As part of their home learning, Keela and Ashleigh got together and made chocolate chip cookies.  Mrs Berryman was delighted to carry out a taste test.  They were so scrumptious that she is going to give the recipe to the rest of the class so that they can try them out too!

BEACH EDUCATION

It was awesome to see the children of Room 16 so involved in learning about how to keep themselves safe at the beach and participating in some fun beach activities.  Check out these photos of us in action!
